Handling and Processing :

 

Domestic Orders :

Orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

 

International orders : 

1. European Countries

International orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-72 hours.

Please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, it may take more than 72 hours but this case is rare.

Orders from European countries shipping with UPS Express are usually delivered within 2-4 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays.

Orders from European countries shipping with UPS Economy are usually delivered within 6-10 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays.

For the UPS Economy service, please allow up to 3 working days for the tracking informations to display online. If you are not seeing any update when you receive your tracking number, don't worry it is perfectly normal as the package are transiting first from a Hub to another before it is being scanned by the final Hub that will show your tracking updates online.

Orders from all other countries shipping with UPS Express are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays as well.

Orders from all other countries shipping with UPS Economy are usually delivered within 6-10 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays as well.

For the UPS Economy service, please allow up to 3 working days for the tracking informations to display online. If you are not seeing any update when you receive your tracking number, don't worry it is perfectly normal as the package are transiting first from a Hub to another before it is being scanned by the final Hub that will show your tracking updates online.

Payment with a credit card :

Due to growing fraud, we are requesting all orders paid with a credit card, to be delivered only to the owner of the credit card and to the billing address. If we have any doubt, Hoodstore Team may contact you to ask extra informations to verify that your payment has been authorized by the credit card owner.

We reserve the right to cancel or block any order not respecting this instruction.

  

Tracking Information :
